Sunday night we walked down to the strip to see the fountain show at the Bellagio ... we watched the sky as it got darker and darker and then split open with the most amazing show of lightening I'd seen in a long time (and I live in an area where thunderstorms are frequent) ... had to buy an umbrella but continued on to the fountains.
it was amazing and the rain made it just that much more special.
On the way back to the hotel our cab driver said he'd lived in Las Vegas for a long time and that was the first time IN 4 (FOUR) YEARS it had rained like that!!
